As a self-proclaimed “ultimate consumer”, I experience varying levels of customer service on a day to day basis. Being in the front-line customer service industry myself, I don’t believe that the customer is always right. But by being a GOOD customer, I do hope to receive good service. I would like to share my experiences and commend businesses that have offered remarkable service. On the same note, there are instances when I encounter unsatisfactory service. This leads me into a foul and perplexed mood. Here are my escapades as a customer….. a good customer.
